At Body Systems, we believe that achieving optimal health is based on the adequate functioning of three physiological systems:

This Body System deficiency can lead to a myriad of physiological symptoms that can eventually compromise health and vitality. Ben Brown, utilizes physical, nutritional, and lifestyle assessment tools, as well as diagnostic testing to identify imbalances in one or all of the systems.

Additionally, Ben uses a unique nutritional program for his clients utilizing his Metabolic Typing® Advisor Certification to help determine nutritional programs appropriate for his client’s individual biochemistry. Through in-person or phone consultations, Ben will create a customized "healing" plan that will help bring the clients Body Systems back into balance. These programs include guidelines for exercise, nutrition, supplements, as well as lifestyle modifications.
