Step 1:
Each new client must go through an initial physical evaluation and health/lifestyle assessment. This will allow the practitioner to evaluate the client’s strengths and weaknesses, including:
- flexibility
- movement
- strength
- performance
- lifestyle
- nutrition
This is essential in order to determine where imbalances exist within the musculoskeletal system and to develop an individualized program that ensures success. The depth of the evaluation (can range from 1-2 hours) is dictated by each client’s health history, physical presentation, and goals.
Step 2:
We will customize your program to fit YOUR personal needs and goals. Your program will include full color exercise program with exercise pictures and descriptions, including web access to your own personalized web page where you can see videos of the exercises as well as receive support based on your nutrition and lifestyle questionnaires.
Step 3:
We will continue to work together in person or on-line to ensure you are making progress towards your goals.
