Do you want to be able to hit the LONG Ball?

Golf is one of the fastest-growing participation sports in the world, and many golfers will do anything to hit the ball longer and lower their handicap! Yet despite the technological improvements of golf equipment, the average handicap for both males and females has not dropped in the past 16 years. The only way to achieve a lower handicap is to improve the function of the golfer: the person who actually swings the club! That’s where Body Systems Founder Ben Brown can help.

As a certified Golf Biomechanic, Ben knows how to improve performance in golfers by addressing golf-specific conditioning through strength and flexibility assessments. We will isolate the weaknesses, integrate the movements, strengthen the body, and develop the power to take your game to a whole new level!
