Here’s todays recipe:

1 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup black beans
1 tbsp macadamia nut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
(should have added couple handfuls raw spinach or 1 cup frozen)
water
1 packet Paleo Cleanse from Designs for Health
(Also forgot ‪#‎completeessentials‬ from Body Systems Labs – would have done 2-3 scoops) – www.bodysystemslabs.com
